How do you distinguish different kinds of rehab in online reviews?

I am posting about RehabTruth, a directory of addiction treatment centers in the United States. Its comparison page brings together ratings from public review sites. It does not compare rheumatology rehabilitation services. How do people here check that reviews refer to the right kind of rehabilitation when searching in English? I would like to know which details make that distinction clear before someone contacts a center. A star rating alone does not tell me whether a listing belongs in the search.
